Why is my favorite item out of stock? When will it be available again?

Sometimes we are not able to anticipate the unusual enthusiasm for one of our products. That is why stock shortages can occur. If the product is still listed in the catalog, you can subscribe to a "Back in stock" alert and you will be the first to know !

Can I modify or cancel my order once validated ?

If you need to edit your shipping address or make any other changes to your order, please contact us via the Concierge Service. If a shipping label has not been created for your order, or if your order hasn’t left the warehouse, we will do our best to make any changes to your shipping information.

Can I replace a product in my order or add other products once validated?

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once an order is validated, changes cannot be made.

MyBR accepts all major credit cards, Apple Pay and PayPal.

How to modify my paiement methods on MyBR?

You can create, modify and delete any payment method added to your account at any time by clicking on your profile and get to "My Payments".

What happens if an item goes out of stock after I place my order?

Our out of stock products are no longer available to purchase on the website until they are back in stock in the warehouse. So this issue should not be possible. However, if in any case there is a missing product in your delivery, please contact our Concierge Service.

What are the delivery modes available on MyBR?

Our shipping options are as follow
Complimentary Standard Shipping: 7-8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days. Thanks to our premium carrier, you can receive your order in a timely manner, depending on the shipping method selected.
